Terms & Conditions

The Coraki Caravan Park is available to guests for camping & caravanning, but not available for long stay residence. All guests must comply with these rules.

• The maximum period of stay for any guest is 2 weeks with 4 weeks turnaround
• All guests wishing to stay overnight, must report to park management on arrival
• All guests will be required to complete registration & pay fees upon arrival. Failure to do this may result in non-acceptance of your reservation
• You must be over 18 years of age to stay unless accompanied by a parent or guardian
• We reserve the right to evict guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way. No refund will be given & charges will apply for any damage caused.
• Guests are required to vacate their site by 10am on day of departure, otherwise an additional day’s fees may be enforced.
• Amenities provided are strictly for the use of park guests only
• Dogs & cats must be on a lead at all times. Guests must pick up after their toileting.
• Animals are not to be washed in the laundry tubs. Animal blankets are not to be washed in the washing machine or washing tubs.
• Guests are allowed one vehicle + one van or tent, per site. Additional vehicles must be parked outside park area. The park speed limit is 10kph.
• Drunkenness, offensive behaviour or rowdy parties will not be tolerated. Consumption of alcohol is re-stricted to the confines of your van or tent site. Conduct of people on a site is the responsibility of the site guests.
• Noise is to be kept to a minimum so as not to annoy guests. Noise curfew applies after 10pm.
• All garbage must be well wrapped & then disposed of in the receptacles provided.
• Fish are not to be cleaned in the park
• Open fires are prohibited, however fires in a brazier up off the ground is allowed. RFS fire levels to be fol-lowed.
• Washing of boats in the park is prohibited
• Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult in the amenities block
• Richmond Valley Council or park management will not be held responsible for or liable to compensate loss, theft or damage to personal property on or brought onto the site, or in the immediate vicinity of the site.

• 10% Kui Park members and pensioner discounts apply. No holiday tariffs apply.
• As the park has limited facilities and amenities, it is only suited to short-term visitors for the purpose of holidays and recreation. Therefore, a maximum two-week stay, with a four-week turnaround is applied to all bookings.
• Proof of residential address will be required to satisfy the booking requirements.
